Are you looking for a pumpkin recipe or an easy dessert recipe? This one is for you!! It’s only three ingredients! The steps below will show how to make 3 ingredient pumpkin spice cake
Ingredients:
- Duncan Hines spice cake mix
- Libby’s pumpkin puree (15 oz)
- 2 eggs
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan.
- In a large bowl mix the spice cake mix, pumpkin and two eggs until well blended.
- Add the secret ingredient! I added a little cocoa powder to give a hint of chocolate flavor to the pumpkin. 1 tablespoon will do it.
- Pour into greased baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool and serve. Store in the refrigerator.
I chose not to ice this cake to keep it light. I’ve also been eating this in the morning for breakfast. It’s so quick and easy!
