If you are wondering what party potatoes are, you’re in for a treat! They are essentially cheesy potatoes and super easy to make for your Thanksgiving dinner table!
Ingredients:
- 32 oz frozen hash browns
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can full of milk
- 1 pint of sour cream
- 2 cups corn flakes
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions:
- Grease a 9 x 13 pan and preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all but last two ingredients in a large bowl. Add some onion powder and pepper.
- Spread mixture into greased pan.
- Sprinkle cornflakes and butter on top.
- Bake for 1 hour.
