DIY Taco Bar

I love tacos! They are such a versatile food and great party dish! If you are looking for an easy meal that will impress your friends, look no further than “the walking taco,” featured in the DIY Taco Bar!! I used this for the first time this past weekend and a 4.5 year old guest sums up the whole walking taco experience,

“I can’t believe you made these chips into tacos!!!”

Start out with ground beef and McCormick taco seasoning. Try making it the night before and putting it in the crock pot a couple hours before you’re ready to serve. The link is to the crock pot I have had for almost 10 years! It’s not fancy, just regular, gets the job done and is reliable.

Other ingredients you’ll need:

Shredded lettuce and cheddar cheese, salsa, sour cream and guacamole. And the star of the show, Doritos!! I recommend buying them from Amazon in a pack as it’s so much cheaper! The 1 oz bag is just the right size and your guests are always welcome to. 2nd taco!!
